This takes about 15 minutes. No resume needed. We're testing how you think, not what you've memorized.
That form data needs to end up in a CRM, trigger a welcome email, notify the sales team on Slack, and update a dashboard. Halfway through, the email system goes down. What do you do?
Walk us through exactly how you'd use AI tools to build it — step by step. We want your actual process, not the ideal one.
"We need a way to track how fast new people get through our onboarding process. Figure it out."
That's all you get. You have access to a CRM and a project management tool. What do you do in the first 15 minutes?

The data flow is: Form → Webhook → Automation Tool → Database → Dashboard. Everything was working yesterday. Where do you start?
You need to build a view that shows a user's full profile. API-A has names and emails. API-B has activity history by email but no names. API-C has account status by user ID, but the ID format doesn't match API-A. None of these APIs were built by your team.
How do you connect them? What happens when one goes down? What would you build so this doesn't become a nightmare in 6 months?
Describe what it does, who uses it, and how AI makes it better than existing solutions. Be specific. This is the question we read most carefully.
Short answers only. When the timer starts, answer as many as you can. Don't overthink it.
We use these as objective signals alongside your quiz answers. Pick whichever you have. The more you upload, the better picture we get.

Record yourself (camera on) using AI tools to build something — 2-3 minutes. Talk us through what you're doing and why. This is required — it's our best signal of how you actually work.

We read every submission personally. If your quiz answers and credentials stand out, we'll reach out within a few days to discuss a paid trial project.
The world changed when AI coding tools arrived. Most companies haven't caught up. You just proved you have.
